Anthony John Mourek, age 78. Beloved husband of Karole, nee Schafer; dear father of Matthew (Christine) Heyrman; loving grandfather of Schafer, Bennett, and Hudson Heyrman; fond brother of James (Margaret) and Michael (Marie) Mourek.
Visitation Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 North State Street, Chicago, Illinois 60654. Interment Private.
