Carmen J. Del Re, age 91, beloved husband of the late Jane Carrico Del Re; dear father of Charmaine (James) Roth and Christine Del Re (Nicholas Hartmann); fond brother of the late Michael (the late Victoria), Josephine (the late Dominic) Mazzoni, Henry (the late Jean) and Angelo; also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m., at Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 W. Chicago Ave. Funeral Thursday, 9:45 a.m., from the funeral home to St. John Cantius Church. Mass 10:30 a.m. Family and friends are invited for graveside interment of Jane Carrico Del Re and Carmen Del Re on Friday, Aug. 3, 11 a.m., at St. Joseph Cemetery, River Grove. Gather at the Cemetery office at 10:45 a.m. For info: 312-421-0936.
