Visitation Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 West Chicago Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60642. Visitation Friday, August 26, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 North State Street, Chicago, Illinois 60610. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1400 South Wolf Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162.
