David John Killackey, age 18. Beloved son of Michael and Patricia Kelly Killackey; dear brother of Michael (Elizabeth), Ryan and Carolyn; fond grandson of John and Carolyn Killackey and David and Joan Kelly. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation 9 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2011 until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 N. State Street, Chicago, Illinois 60611.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the David J. Killackey Memorial Education Fund, Chase Bank, 1200 N. State Parkway, Chicago, Il. 60610, Attention: Mesa Wood. For further information 312-421-0936.
