Diane Jean Manarchy, age 71, of Perryville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the home of her brother-in-law, Dennis, Mary Beth, and Molly Manarchy, in Chicago, Illinois.

Born in 1953, in Beloit, Wisconsin, Diane was the daughter of Robert and Esther LaGrange. Married to the love of her life, Richard Bennie Manarchy, on April 1, 1990, he preceded her in death on April 6, 2024. Diane graduated from Rockford East High School, and owned and operated the family business, Rockford Discount Rentals, for many years. She then worked at Barrington Eye Care Center, always wearing the most fashionable lenses with every color-coordinated outfit. She made new friends with her warm spirit wherever her path took her.

Diane and Richard were also active members of the Dundee Township Rotary Club, where they often volunteered to give back to their community. Her passions included traveling, design, gardening, and spending time with family.

Diane will be remembered as a caring, strong, resilient, warm, funny, and stylish woman. She hosted the biggest and best Christmas Eve parties filled with wonderful food, a warm hearth, and many laughs.

She is survived by her children, Marissa Manarchy of Rochelle, Illinois and Andy (Stacy) Cipolla of Rockford, Illinois; and ten grandchildren, Stephanie, Kylie, Anthony, Andrew, Samantha, Kendra, Makayla, Jaxson, Reagan, and Juliet.
