Dorothy England, born May 2, 1924, beloved aunt of Elaine England Breed, Mike England, Renée Judd, Janet Judd Kang, Michelle Judd, and the late DeAnn England Schafbuch, and great aunt of many.

Dorothy grew up in Russet, Oklahoma, and was a long-time resident of Ardmore, Oklahoma. She worked for many years at Hudson-Houston Lumber Company. Dorothy was an avid outdoors-woman, a mechanical wizard, a prolific poet, and a warm and generous companion to family and friends, including her four-legged friends.

For the past six years Dorothy lived with the Little Sisters of the Poor in Chicago, Illinois.

Visitation Reception at Little Sisters of the Poor St. Mary's Home, 2325 North Lakewood Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60614 on Friday, November 4, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

There will be a family graveside memorial service at Rose Hill Cemetery in Ardmore, Oklahoma on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Little Sisters of the Poor St. Mary's Home, 2325 North Lakewood Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60614.
