Visitation Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 West Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60642. Family and friends will gather Friday, May 13, 2016 at St. John Cantius Church, 825 North Carpenter Street, Chicago, IL 60642 for a visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass.
