Gabrielle Weisberg passed away suddenly after a brief illness. Beloved wife of Donald; dear mother of Danielle (Adam Heller), and Jordyn; daughter of the late Gabriel and Pierre Aprati; fond sister of Michael, Jeffrey (Sue), and the late Danny (Michele) Aprati; loving aunt of Brittany, Gabe, Tyler, and Amanda.

Gabrielle was a force of nature. She was the light of her family and lit up every room she walked into — and you would know she was coming because of her dogs who lovingly tailed her. She and Donny are an example of true partnership and love. She was beautiful, kind, fiery and left an impression on everyone she met. She loved fiercely and we will all remember her fiercely in return.

Gabrielle took pride in being a Top 1% Realtor of Baird and Warner, Board of Director at Gold Coast Neighbors, and a Board Member of Service Club of Chicago.

Visitation Friday, April 13, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. with Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 N. State Street, Chicago, IL 60610.
