Helen Barbara Grams, nee Frankowski. Born January 29, 1928 in Chicago, IL. Former resident of Elmhurst, IL. and Plainfield, IL. Loving wife of the late John J. Grams; mother to Mary Ann (Fredy) Hernandez and the late John A. (Jack) Grams; grandmother to Brenda and Walter Hernandez; daughter of the late Andrew "Andiez" and the late Lottie "Wladyslawa" (Gasiewski) Frankowski; sister of the late Edward ( the late Lillian), the late Jean ( the late John), and the late Alexander; niece to the late Jean and the late Steve Kudingo; beloved cousin, aunt to many, and friend to all.

Visitation Monday, April 17, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 7:30 p.m. at Assumption Church, 323 West Illinois Street, Chicago, Illinois 60654.
