Isabella R. Toledano, nee Potenza, age 88. Loving mother of Michael (Patricia Michelle), Anthony (Pamela), Marlene, James (Monique), and Kathleen; beloved grandmother of Lorraine "Lorrie," Anthony, Mary Elizabeth, Geneva, and Mark; great-grandmother of Addison; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Devoted to the Sisters of the Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Funeral Mass Friday, October 6, 2017 at 2 p.m. at St. Benedict Nursing & Rehab Center, 6930 W. Touhy Ave., Niles, IL 60714. Family and friends will meet Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Cemetery Office, 1400 S. Wolf Rd., Hillside, IL 60162 and then proceed to Mt. Carmel Cemetery for Interment.
