Jeffrey Thomas Kubes, age 59. Beloved husband of Deb Kubes; dear father of Gavin (Mariekris), Brittany, and Cassandra Kubes; loving grandfather of Cole and Olivia Kubes; devoted son of Charles and Rosemarie Kubes; fond brother of Jill Schrecker. Loving family man and devoted attorney at the firm of Schuyler, Roche & Crisham in Chicago. After an 11 year battle with cancer, he succumbed to the disease on Friday, August 14, 2015.

There will be a visitation on Friday, August 21 at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 North State Street, Chicago, IL.
