John Joseph Pozucek passed away at 7 months of age on July 14, 2014. In his short time on earth Johnny touched the hearts of many. He smiled at everyone he met and his eyes sparkled with happiness. Beloved son of Paula Pozucek, grandson of John "Rick" and Pam Pozucek, nephew of Melissa Quintas nee Pozucek, and cousin of Izabela Quintas.

Johnny's Funeral Mass is Monday, July 21 at 11 am, with memorial visitation at 9:30 am at St. Joseph Church,1107 N. Orleans, Chicago, IL 60610. His Memorial Mass is Tuesday, July 22 at 10 am at Our Lady of the Woods, 10731 W 131st St, Orland Park, IL. 60462.
