John J. Rezzuto, 96, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loving family and friends. Born December 22, 1919, he lived his whole life in Chicago. Predeceased by his beloved daughter Tina; loving father to Bob and Jeff; proud grandfather to Justin, Michael, and Catherine; brother of Josephine and the late Jerry, Nella, and Frank; cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass Friday, December 2, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Santa Maria Addolorata Church, 528 North Ada Street, Chicago, Illinois 60642. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois.
