Joseph M. Taaffe Jr., Dearest father of Matthew (Lisa), Mark (Kathy Galvin), Maura, Terence, Denise (Bob) Hannigan, John (Kathy), Annette (Chris) Eames, Peter, Mary Grace, and Diane (Brian) Mark. Beloved grandfather of 21, former husband of the late Marilyn (Hanrahan). Fond brother of Shelia Reynolds, John, Anne Mills, and the late Mary Lenore O'Brien. Uncle to many, and long-time dearest and loving companion of Joanne Petrizzo.
Visitation Friday at Old St. Patrick's Church, 700 West Adams, Chicago, from 9 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Mary of Providence, 4200 N. Austin, Chicago, IL. 60634 are appreciated. For info 312-421-0936.
