Julia Helen Korienek's Obituary
Julia Helen Korienek, nee Batka, age 96, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2016. Beloved wife of the late John A. Korienek; loving mother of Judith Ann Jacobson and Karen (Manning Mahaffee) Korienek; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews; dear sister of the late Steve, Andrew, John, and Helen Batka.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Eden Chapel located on the west side of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 708 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL 60657.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Academy , 708 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL 60657.
