Kenneth "Uncle Kenny" Menclewicz, age 78. With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Ken Menclewicz.

Ken's life was enriched by the deep bonds he formed with his friends, who became his chosen family. He is survived by Jean Greenberg; Kimberly (Joe) Greenberg-Rossi, and their three children; Christine and Weislaw Siodlarz; Hilda and Coby Grissom, and their two children and two grandchildren; Bonnie and Darrell Emberton, and their three children and two grandchildren.

Ken's legacy also lives on through his distant relatives. Uncle of Jason, Russel, Doug, and Jorie Menclewicz; cousin of Dennis Szewczyk.

Ken was predeceased by his parents Frank and Irene (nee Placzkowski) Menclewicz; and his brother Jim Menclewicz.

A genuine friend and family man, Ken was known for his caring nature and unwavering loyalty to those around him. Ken's kindness, warmth, and genuine spirit touched the lives of many. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. As we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the love and joy he brought into our lives.

Family and friends will meet Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 North State Street, Chicago, Illinois 60654 for a 10:00 a.m. Visitation followed by a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass. Free parking for Holy Name Cathedral is available at 14 W. Superior St. (between Dearborn Street and State Street).
