Luba Buchwak, age 66, passed away Friday, May 24, 2013. Beloved wife of Jerzy Buchwak; dear mother of Priscilla (Kris) Benson, Stephen "Johnny", and Kelly; Loving grandmother of Krissa, Jessie, Sophia, Samantha, and Nicholas.
Visitation Thursday 4 to 9 p.m. with a parastas (wake service) at 7:30 p.m at Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 W. Chicago Avenue, Chicago.
Funeral Friday, 9 a.m. from the funeral home to SS. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Service.
Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery. For further information 312-421-0936
