Lucy Sayson Cuasay, nee Lucy Benedicto Sayson. Beloved wife of Nestor Serrano Cuasay; dear mother of Leander Cuasay and Bernadette McWilliam; loving grandmother of Holden Shen, Mai’ana Cuasay, Nina’i Cuasay, Finn McWilliam, and Rylie McWilliam; devoted daughter of the late Luciano de Jesus Sayson and the late Maria Careon Benedicto; fond sister of Leonides Sayson, Franklin Sayson, the late Rosalia Sayson, and the late Florante Sayson.

Family and friends will meet Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 North State Street, Chicago, Illinois 60654 for a 9:30 a.m. Visitation followed by a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass.
