Dr. Therese (Terry) Southgate is survived by her brother Clair (Marie) of San Diego, CA; dear nieces Therese (Dan) Southgate Fellbaum; grand nephews and nieces, Tom, Marc, and Claire of Valencia, CA; also Susan (Dan) Southgate Johnson and grand nieces, Audrey, Lucy, and Gracie of San Jose, CA. She was predeceased by her parents Clair and Josephine Southgate. Burial is at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in suburban Chicago.

Visitation Sunday 4-8 p.m. at Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 W. Chicago Ave. Funeral Mass Monday 10 a.m. at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 N. State Street, Chicago.
