Visitation Thursday January 13, 2011 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 W. Chicago Avenue, Chicago. Funeral Friday 8:45 a.m. from the funeral home to St. John Cantius Church, 825 N. Carpenter St., Chicago for a Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m.. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois. For further information 312-421-0936.
