Paul M. Scherer, age 95. Paul was the beloved brother of twelve siblings. He was also the uncle and great uncle of many nieces and nephews. Paul was a devoted patron of St. Josaphat's Parish in Lincoln Park. He was also a member of the member of The Third Order of St. Francis. at St. Peter's in the Loop Catholic Church. Paul studied, composed, and performed various styles of music. Paul was also an avid walker and he especially enjoyed spending time in Oz Park.

Visitation January 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Little Sisters of the Poor, 2325 North Lakewood Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60614. Masks and proof of COVID-19 vaccination required upon entry.

Interment Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Evanston, Illinois.
