Russell R. lacono, a lifelong Chicago resident. Beloved husband of Diana (nee Sabatello); cherished son of the late Jennie and George Iacono; dear brother of the late John D. lacono (the late Theresa) and the late Ralph J. lacono (the late Alma); dear uncle of Marianne "Mimi" I. (Jay) Goodwin, George M. lacono (Dr. Gregory Thompson), Paul R. lacono, Monica lacono, Lisa Bunse, and many other beloved nieces and nephews; loving cousin to many.

Family and friends will meet Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 1107 North Orleans Street, Chicago, Illinois 60610 for a 10:00 a.m. Visitation followed by an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in Russell's memory may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or to a charity of your choice.
