Visitation Friday, December 28, 2012, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 W. Chicago Avenue, Chicago, Funeral Saturday 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. John Cantius Church, 825 N. Carpenter St., Mass 10 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles.
