Susan Walsh Miller's Obituary
Susan Walsh Miller, age 66, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Beloved wife of Loren R. Miller III; dear mother of Kate, Maureen, and the late Marcy; fond sister of Sheila Burgess.
A graduate of Boston College, Lynch School of Education and earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Roosevelt University. A long time teacher of mathematics at Columbia College of Chicago and formerly a substitute teacher at Glenbrook North and South High Schools. Also a volunteer tutor at the Academy of St. Benedict the African, Laflin Campus in Englewood. An enthusiastic supporter of the arts and music.
Visitation Thursday 4-9 P.M. at Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 W. Chicago Ave. Chicago, IL., 60642. Family and friends will gather Friday at Assumption Church, 323 W. Illinois St., Chicago, IL.,60654 for a funeral mass at 2 P.M. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to: The Marcy Miller Foundation c/o Big Shoulders Fund, 212 W.
